Commission Rules

Do not copy, re-upload, edit, alter or reproduce my work in any way without my clear written permission.

You may not upload your commission to your deviantart or any social media without my permission. If you do share it and get my permission, please leave a link to the original artwork. You can post on Toyhouse as long as you credit me.

Do not say the commissioned art is your own.

You may not use this art for commercial purposes. If you want to use them for commercial purposes (such as selling on shirts, using on youtube, etc), there will be a commercial fee. Please message me before commissioning a commercial piece of art.

Major revisions to art can only be requested during the sketching stage. I will send all sketches in for approval before progressing. There is only 1 major change allowed in this stage.

Minor revisions can be done before the shading phase. These changes can be changing some colors, expression, missing detail, etc. There are only 2 minor changes allowed in this stage.

NSFW is accepted. Price will be increased by 50% for NSFW pieces. I can decline a NSFW commission if I am uncomfortable with the piece.

If you do not want your image posted to social media, please let me know and I can keep it as a secret commission.

You are unable to request changes or updates when the commission is complete.

My artwork cannot be sold on the blockchain; crypto currency, NFTs, etc. Any works on the blockchain featuring my art is illegal and void.
Payment

I request full payment up front.

Payment will be via Paypal and in USD.

I can accept DeviantArt points for payment.

If I am unable to complete your commission, you will be compensated in full.

If you cancel your commission, you may or may not get money back depending on how far along the commission is and if you have a legitimate reason. Below are the estimates on what you can get back at different stages if I agree it's a good reason to cancel.

If a sketch/rough draft was completed, you will get 60% back. If line art is completed, you will get 40% back. If colored, you will get 25% back. If shading has begun, you get 5% back. If the picture is completed, you get no money back.

Adoptable Rules

You are FORBIDDEN from stealing a character or the art.

Please credit me when you draw the character and give me credit for the design (including credit on toyhou.se)

I retain ownership of the image.

Do not back out of an offer once you have been chosen as the winner.

You are allowed to edit the design as much as you'd like.

If you want me to make minor changes, I can do simple changes for free. If you want bigger changes, I will charge extra.

If payment is not received within 4 days (for points and money), you may lose this adopt.

You can not return this adoptable/no refunds available.

Money payment for adopts is USD and via Paypal.

If you attempt to get your money back after the character is yours, you will lose ownership and I will rehome the character.

You can resell this character, but for no more than the base purchase price, including new art added unless you contact me FIRST.

Trades and gifts are allowed as well. Please notify me of any trades so I can update the adoptable page with the new owner.

I will send the character to you via toyhou.se with the transparent file. When you win the adoptable, please link me your toyhou.se. If you do not have a toyhou.se, please let me know when you win the adoptable.
